Born in Nagoya in 1978. After graduating from the Department of Psychology in the School of Human Sciences at the University of Tsukuba, he became an independent artist in 2005. In 2007, he received the Excellence Award at the Canon New Cosmos of Photography. Through works such as “Solar Man,” “Schoolgirl Complex,” and “In Praise of Girls,” which use “symbolic figures in Japanese society” as motifs, he creates portrait series exploring “symbolism, individuality, and relationships,” reflecting his own perspectives on adolescence as well as his perceptions of girls and fathers.
